[EB] Latinbarometer?

Latinobarometer is a Latin American project initiated and put forward by
Marta Lagos, Chile. It is inspired by the Eurobarometers and supported by
the European Commission -- as far as I know. For data you would contact
Marta Lagos. Marta had an article about the Latinobarometer in one of the
last ICORE NEWS newsletters, see the website
