We discontinued our SlegdeHammer package a while back but still have an 
internal command line version which you can download at
https://mtna.s3.amazonaws.com/sledgehammer/sledgehammer-cl.zip
The technical user's guide is at http://goo.gl/9xukB
This can produce DDI from Stata, SPSS, SAS, as well as syntax files for 
these stats packages or SQL. You can also use DDI as input (or CSV+DDI).
