[DDI-users] Recommended use of TopcClas in DDI-C 2.1

Hi everyone,

Would a concern here be that repositories are already using that attribute
to point to the vocab URL itself, and using it for the PURL of the vocab
term would mean that it would then be used to store two types of
information? I know Dataverse is using it for the vocab URL. How would
other systems know when the vocabURI attribute points to the vocab and when
it points to the vocab term?

Would an additional, optional attribute for the vocab term URI be possible?
