Hi Amber!
Nesstar server can export dublin core record via OAI-PMH, I would recommend installation the plugin:
http://nesstar.com/software/oai_pmh_server.html

As I remember Dataverse can import from a OAI-PMH endpoint (have not tested this in a long time).
If this is no longer the case, a simple script to get Dublin core record via the OAI-PMH endpoint should be easy to write.

Hi folks,

We have a request to migrate some data and metadata from our Nesstar repository and the receiving system accepts Dublin Core only for batch ingest (Dataverse 4.10).

Any pointers or tools you might recommend that exist out there before we get started on a metadata transformation? I think ADA was working on some scripts to import into DV from Nesstar? Where are things at?
