[DDI-SRG] [CDI] ControlledVocabularyEntry

There is an entryValue that is the string. I think the entryReference should be  a Reference to the entry in a vocabulary, in case there is supplemental material vis a vis the value.

I thought there would be a vocabulary Reference  (here named “vocabulary”) to the vocabulary as a whole, which could also lead people to the supplemental material about the vocabulary.

I think in our discussion we changed the “semantic” property in Reference from a ControlledVocabularyEntry to a String to avoid a circular set of uses, leading to possibly infinite depth. The way Reference is modeled in the latest xmi reflects that.

At least in the latest discussion on Wednesday we talked about the version with Reference, when we agreed there should be a new NativeControlledVocabularyEntry that uses the new NativeReference. Everybody seemed to think Reference was supposed to be there...

Sorry, I don’t recall why both are now typed as String. Did I this by intent after a decision in the CDI meeting or did I this by accident?

Hi,

I'm working with the latest xmi, DDI-CDI_2021-08-13.xmi, and I noticed that ControlledVocabularyEntry has changed since the last version.

It used to be

And now it is

As you can see, entryReference is now of type String and before it used to be of type Reference. Which one is correct?
