The 2021 Summer Program is Heating Up

Registration for the 2021 Summer Program

open. The four-week courses run June 21-July 16 and July 19-August 13. And,
numerous three- to five-day workshops beginning in May are also in the
mix! Scholarship

Why Not Teach this Summer?

Teaching assistants are an essential part of the Summer Program’s four-week
session instructional staff. These individuals serve a vital role by
assisting workshop instructors, grading assignments, and providing guidance

is the largest individual-participant dataset from higher education
randomized controlled trials to date, containing data from more than 25 MDRC
<https://www.mdrc.org/> random assignment evaluations encompassing 50
higher education institutions and 65,000 students!
The ICPSR Bulletin – A Blizzard of Information

ICPSR holds over 1,700 restricted-use datasets

The ICPSR Biennial Meeting is Going Virtual This Year!

This virtual ICPSR Biennial Meeting is for anyone interested in data, with
a particular focus on providing training and content relevant to ICPSR’s
Official and Designated Representatives. The meeting will be completely
online, open to the public, and all workshops (and parking too!) are free.
More information will come soon, but for now please save the date: October
6-8, 2021.
It’s Nomination Season at ICPSR!
ICPSR Council

The ICPSR Council

as the executive committee for ICPSR member institutions. The Council sets
general policy for the Consortium, approves fees and budgets, and performs
other duties. The Council consists of twelve members serving four-year
terms. Please nominate persons (and that can be yourself!) with the
experience, ability, and wisdom to serve on the Council. Responsibility and
willingness to serve are also vital. Submit ICPSR Council Nominations using

Miller and Flanigan Awards

As part of its mission to support the social and behavioral sciences, ICPSR
presents biennial awards

have distinguished themselves in their service to the social science
community. The Warren E. Miller Award for Meritorious Service to the Social
Sciences recognizes individuals who have had a profound impact on social
science research and infrastructure. The William H. Flanigan Award for
Distinguished Service as an ICPSR Representative acknowledges significant
contributions of individuals representing ICPSR member institutions. Submit
