What do a university provost, a former Chief Statistician of the United
States, a Data Services Librarian and a former president of the National
Economic Association have in common? They all are making a difference in
data preservation and access as members of the ICPSR Council
<http://bit.ly/2FtJd3i>.

ICPSR is governed by a 12-person Council elected by the members of ICPSR.
Council members serve four-year terms. The Council acts on administrative,
budgetary, and organizational issues on behalf of all the members of ICPSR.

The ICPSR Council is preparing to bid farewell to six current members and
welcome six new colleagues to the mix. To accomplish this task, ICPSR needs
your suggestions! Please note that Council members must be from member
institutions
