Professor of Sociology at Sinclair Community College, for a discussion of
"lessons learned" about integrating data analysis into the community
college curriculum.  Kathy has been instrumental in the Integrating Data
Analysis (IDA) initiative of the American Sociological Association and the
Social Science Data Analysis Network since its inception in the early
1990s.  She will share her favorite resources and sample activities, tips
from her own classroom, and briefly address the challenges faced by
community college faculty when bringing data into the classroom.
