[DDI-users] Moving DDI 2.x to DDI 3.3

Just as a point of information:
I am in the process of creating a more complete mapping between versions of
DDI and Codebook to Lifecycle. This will include early version to late
version shifts that don't require walking through each intervening version.
I will move the work of NESSTAR version of Codebook to Lifecycle 3.3 as
this seems to be a frequent request.
