Farrah,
There is the DDI Training group headed by Anja Perry and Jane Fry. If you
don't know Jane yet she is at Carleton University. The group is working on
a number of presentations as well as collecting from others. You have most
of mine (as do they) but they may be able to fill in some holes for you.
