[DDI-users] US National Academy of Science - Panel Meeting - November 5th

Good day DDI community,

The US National Academy of Science, in the context of transparency of official statistics use of standards, is interested in hearing from international organizational or businesses about the following topics at their next panel meeting on November 5th, 2019.
1.      Cost benefit analysis; why are organizations using standards such as DDI or SDMX?
2.      Arguments that are compelling for the adoption of these standards
Presentations can be in person or virtual, and will be taking place in Washington, DC, and will be in the range of 15-20min. Official invitations will be sent to participants, through the US National Academy of Science.

If you are interested in giving a presentation could you please contact Farrah Sanjari (farrah.sanjari at canada.ca<mailto:farrah.sanjari at canada.ca>), with a small abstract of the presentation as soon as possible.
