DDI Users we need your input!

For a number of years DDI has been publishing Controlled Vocabularies for
use with both DDI-Codebook and DDI-Lifecycle. These have been published in
a number of formats:

HTML for web display and exploration
XML (Genericode format) for production use
XSL the format used for development

While we know a large number of organizations are using the intellectual
contents of these Controlled Vocabularies (particularly within the CESSDA
network), we need to know how many are referencing and/or incorporating the
Genericode format XML in their work. The new CESSDA CV management tool is
allowing DDI to update their production and publication process for
Controlled Vocabularies. This means a number of new format possibilities.
These include:

SKOS (RDF) representation
DDI-Lifecycle CodeList
JSON
HTML - for display and exploration
GENERICODE (XML) to support current users
XSL to support current users

We need to know from the community of users which format are currently
being used as well as which formats would be useful if made available.
Please let us know your ideas!

Thank you for your help,
Technical Committee and Controlled Vocabulary Group
