[DDI-users] Meaning of Date of Deposit (DDI's depDate element)

Hi everyone,

My name's Julian. I work on Dataverse. The metadata that Dataverse
repositories collect is mapped to metadata elements from DDI's codebook 2.5
spec.

I'm interested in learning how other data archives use (or expect
depositors to use) or map to the "deposit date" metadata element. More
specific questions are in the discussion in this DDI Jira ticket
