[DDI-users] Open Source Blaise to DDI 3 converter

Dear DDI Community,

Colectica has released an Open Source metadata converter project. The 
first converter is a Blaise to DDI 3 converter. The Metadata Converters 
may be used under the terms of the Lesser GNU Public License (LGPL).

Funding for the Blaise to DDI research project was provided in part by a 
grant from the U.S. National Institute on Aging. Funding for 
enhancements and the open source publication of the project was provided 
by the Canadian Foundation for Innovation through the Canadian Research 
Data Centre Network (CRDCN) Metadata Project.
