[DDI-SRG] [CDI] Envelope

Hi folks,

This is the simplest envelop model I could think of

This class will be sitting under Classes, the same way 
ModelIdentification is sitting under DataTypes.

_Envelope definition_: Content wrapper for a collection of possibly 
heterogenous DDI instances

_Content definition_: DDI instance reference

Thoughts?
