[DDI-SRG] [CDI] ControlledVocabularyEntry

Ok, that looks like the version we discussed on Wednesday. I'm not that 
crazy then, which is good :-)

Achim: will you try to figure out what happened and provide a new 
version? If it is just this class I can fix it by hand, but it this 
happened here there might be more problems...

Please let me know what you want me to do.
