[DDI-SRG] [CDI] Cleaned up Process Model with new InternalReference

Hi all,

Here is a diagram of the simplified Process Model:



I think this addresses Larry's concerns, and it seems to me a better 
solution than the bridge since it uses a simpler reference instead of an 
entirely new approach.

We'll discuss later.
