[DDI-SRG] TC: Minutes

Minutes have been posted. Remember that we need to start work to set up
review of DDI-CDI as soon as we receive it. I will distribute to TC members
to start specific checks like reading instructions for clarity so if we
have questions that MRT can address them quickly. Keep an eye out for this
at the beginning of next week.
