[DDI-SRG] [MRT] Model cleanup: data types used only once

Wendy pointed out following: “as these are paired items (in other words an author may have an ORCHID ID and some other type of ID so that they must be paired together to make sense of multiple identifiers”.
This makes absolutely sense.

This results in no change for AgentId and LocalIdFormat.

BibliographicName is another question.

Did you have look at diagram which is attached to the other email?
My understanding is that the mentioned items are used only once by the items in the diagram.

My suggestions is to merge the attributes from these items into the ones where they are used.
I.e. moving the attributes agentIdType and agentIdValue from AgentId to Agent and remove AgentId.

but all of these are used by Annotation and thus appear all over the place

BibliographicName inherits from InternationalString but is used only once. Again the question if this could be not simpler.
