Jan,

I am doing some testing on the recent-updates-and-additions mailing list.
So far you and I are the administrators and I am the only member of the list
while I am testing it out.  I'll walk you through the interface, if not 
today probably
early Monday and we can do a bit more testing on it so you can see how it
works before we put the or-announce + council into it and make it 'live'.
