*ICPSR Summer Program Diversity Scholarship *
The ICPSR Summer Program in Quantitative Methods of Social Research is
excited to announce the 2019 Diversity Scholarships. These scholarships
provide funds to support training in statistics and quantitative methods
for incoming and returning graduate students from underrepresented groups
in any academic discipline, with the objective of improving their academic
performance and optimizing their professional advancement. Applicants must
be enrolled in universities based in the United States.
The Diversity Scholarship is a waiver of registration fees to attend one or
both of the Summer Program’s 2019 four-week sessions (held in Ann Arbor,
Michigan). Recipients of the Diversity Scholarship will also receive a
stipend for travel, lodging, and living expenses.
Applications are due March 31, 2019. Please refer to the Diversity

*About the ICPSR Summer Program*
Founded in 1963, the ICPSR Summer Program offers rigorous, hands-on
training in statistics, quantitative methods, and data analysis for
students and researchers of all skill levels and backgrounds. Participants
in the ICPSR Summer Program learn how to understand data and gain valuable
research skills that help them to advance their education and careers.
>From May through August 2019, the ICPSR Summer Program will offer more than
80 courses in Ann Arbor, Michigan and other cities around the world.
