[ICPSR] [OR-Announce] New Edition of ICPSR Bulletin Newsletter Available

The Fall 2013 edition of the ICPSR Bulletin newsletter is now available,
featuring an article on the ICPSR Sloan project, which took several major
steps forward over the summer. Through meetings and research efforts, the
project is allowing ICPSR to work with stakeholders to address concerns
regarding data citation and open access to data.

Other highlights in this issue:

* A new national membership increases data literacy in South Africa
* 2014 Summer Program dates announced
* A look at the 2013 Official Representatives meeting
* Peter Granda named associate director
* ICPSR seeks applicants for two high-level positions
