[Eurobarometer] ERRATUM - p7be and p7be_r in EB 81.3

please note the following ERRATUM related to variables p7be and p7be_r in EB 81.3:

Please note that the region variables for Belgium are erroneous and should not be used without correction. The following correction should be applied to variable p7be: (1=9) (2=8) (3=10) (4=5) (5=4) (6=2) (7=11) (8=1) (9=3) (10=7) (11=6). After this, variable p7be_r must be reconstructed on the base of p7be using the following coding scheme : (1,3,6,7,11 = 1) (10 = 2) (2,4,5,8,9 = 3). We apologize for any inconvenience. The variables will be corrected with the next update.
