[Eurobarometer] Updates for EB 69.2 and EB 71.1 - all embargos lifted

we are pleased to announce the first complete release of Eurobarometer 69.2 and 71.1.

All data on VOTING BEHAVIOUR and PARTY ATTACHMENT have now been released by the European Commission and the archive datasets been updated accordingly:
