Carried out by TNS OPINION & SOCIAL (BRUSSELS), on request of the EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Directorate General Press and Communication, between September 3 and September 18, 2011.

The following topical modules have been released:

- The economic and financial crisis (QA1-QA15)
-  Financial services - consumer behaviour and experiences (QB1-QB17)
-  Corruption - awareness, experience, attitudes (QC1-QC9)
