[Eurobarometer] Question About Eurobarometer Survey Design Variables

Hello!

I am using STATA 11 to analyze the Eurobarometer 72.3 wave, and I'm having difficulty determining which variables to use to describe the survey design to STATA. There does not appear to be a variable corresponding to the PSUs. Any advice that you can provide would be much appreciated!
