Dear David,

Unfortunately resources are spread thin right now at ICPSR.
Eurobarometer 67.3 has been assigned a processor and will be prepared
for release via the ICPSR Web site as soon as possible.  There is no
time frame for it's release. 

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We will do our best
to get it released soon.
