[Eurobarometer] Availability of EURO 67.1

So is this data set available or is it not? What follows below is very
confusing. I have ordered the set via the Zentralarchiv. Is this some
sort of response from Cologne?

aber sehr an den Daten (ohne Embarbo-Daten) interessiert sind, bestelle
