Dear list members,
with the just now completely released Eurobarometer 62.2 (Nov-Dec 2004),
the European Commission's survey series is, for the first time in this
extent contributing to the ongoing debate on measuring social capital.
With the advantage of covering all 25 European Union member countries
after the 2004 enlergement plus the remaining accession countries
Bulgaria and Romania, this Eurobarometer provides the opportunity not
just for comparative research based on one data source, but for
analysing these data also in the context of the other large comparative
survey projects in Europe (EVS/WVS, ESS, or the New Democracies Barometer).

With best regards
