Dear Thomas,

all Studies in ZACAT can be accessed free of charge also from outside 
Germany. For the table and analysis functionalities you will be asked to 
register.

The DOWNLOAD of Eurobarometer data sets is available from standard 
Eurobarometer 34 onwards (as far as they are in the system already!) and 
for the Cenral&Eastern and Candidate Countries Eurobarometer. Standard 
Eurobarometer up to number 33 and all those which have not yet been 
published under ZACAT will have to be ordered as usual at ICPSR, ZA or - 
whenever possible - through the national data archives.
