[EB] GIS boundaries layers EUROSTAT-NUTS2

Hi,
I am a first year grad student in Geography at the University of Colorado at
Boulder (USA). For my intro to GIS class, I need to find the GIS boundaries
layers which refer to the 'administrative regional units' surveyed in
Eurobarometer 56.3 (Eurostat-Nuts 2).
Any help?
