[EB] Errata: Eurobarometer 43.1bis

Dear Eurobarometer users:

Please notice that PORTUGUESE data for INCOME (D.29 / V355) have 
been shifted in the archive data set and codebook for 
EUROBAROMETER 43.1BIS. Data for code 1 to 4 are inversed; codes 9 
and 10 should be defined as  "missing" (9=refused, 10=DK).  The correct 
categories and corresponding frequencies will be documented in the 
Eurobarometer 43.1bis "study profile" after the next ZA web site update 
(i.e. will only become available tomorrow). Please see then:

Users will have to recode the data and re-define answer categories in 
accordance.
