[EB] Top Decision-Maker Survey

Dear Fern Bennett,

there are two special target group FLASH Eurobarometer (for 
general info see: http://www.za.uni-koeln.de/data/en/
eurobarometer/flash.htm) with manager samples in 1998:

- Flash EB No. 61, May 1998 (n of cases: 1518, n of var 22)
- Flash EB No. 64, Septmber 1998 (n of cases: 4057, n of var 285). 

I first pilot study was conducted in 1996 (Flash EB 39*), another 
managers survey in 1997 (Flash EB 58).
