While there have been changes in later versions they have mostly been additions and while individual objects may have been modified, the mapping is similar overall. I don't see this spreadsheet on the DDI site and will look up a copy and send it to the list. As you proceed with this work, please get back to me with any specific questions. I'm happy to help.
