Achim,

This is shameless self-promotion, but Canard can produce DDI3.1 and 3.2
pretty easily - http://bit.ly/canard-023

Olof and I did a DDI 3.2 exporter during IASSIST this year, and did the
same for DDI 3.1 import/export last year.

It should handle the production of all of those structures except
ScaleDomains and QuestionGrids.

However, adding those is as easy as modifying the XSLTs that it uses. These
are picked up on run time and don't need much configuration, just a little
understanding about XSLT and the internal XML data format -

There have also been some additional exports for LimeSurvey and queXML
written, that I'll be debuting in a few weeks at the ACSPRI conference in
Sydney along with a new version of Canard and SQBL with support for new
datatypes.

Hope this helps,
Cheers,
Sam.
