[DDI-users] ISSUES 567 and 554 - Organization and Individual

I have gone through the two issues related to Organization and Individual.

Issue 567 noted that the date tag EffectivePeriod was too high in the
content hierarchy to allow for effective changes over time and the fact
that some pieces of information like email address were likely to be
multiple and have different overlapping EffectivePeriods. The changes
proposed in note 1516 effectively move that EffectiveDate down into the
component parts and moves country and GeographicPoint into the Address.

Issue 554 indicates that the loss of "Nickname" was problematic. In
addressing this problem the assumption was made that it was the need to
differentiate a "formal" name for other formats that was important. The
term "Nickname" was initially removed as it is idiosyncratic and many users
didn't know what it was. The proposed revision allows for capturing a
Formal name (with effective date) as well as any number of additional names
with TypeOfXxxName tags and effective dates.
