[DDI-users] representing analyses in DDI

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out where in DDI a data analysis process should be captured. Is there any recommended way to represent and document analyses algorithms? For example, suppose I have a dataset from which I would like to generate some tables with summary statistics, some plots of variable correlations, perhaps a non-linear curve-fitting that produces parameter values and plots. The analysis is done with an R script and the output is a PDF report. I know how to represent the input dataset in DDI, but need to also capture the rest of the process and the location of the generated PDF file. Any opinions will be appreciated.

Regards,
Paul
