[DDI-users] Organization Scheme Revision

The attached proposal is a simplification of the organization scheme. It has
3 goals:

1 - Remove nesting of organizations and/or individuals as a means of
establishing subordinate relationships
2 - Move all relationship information to a relation section which
establishing the type and duration of the relationship between two entities
3 - Establish "role" as an attribute of a relationship. Note that specific
roles within the context of a study or group are defined within that study
or group. "Role" in the terms of a relationship is more generic.

The question to the expert group is as follows:

Does this revised, simplified structure meet the needs of current users of
the organization scheme?
What information is missing?
Are there features related to organizations and individuals that are not
captured by this simplified structure?
