[DDI-users] Development Site for DDI Schemas

In response to requests from the DDI development community, TIC is 
providing the opportunity to obtain read access to development level DDI 
schemas. The purpose of providing read access to this set of schemas is to 
allow developers advance access to changes in DDI made in resonse to filed 
bugs.

THESE SCHEMA WILL CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. They should NOT be used for 
production level work, but in order to view how specific bugs were handled 
and to facilitate testing of these new element sets.

The site also contains a README document and a listing of the bugs that 
have been closed (entered in the schema or resulting in no change) and 
resolved (action has been determined but not yet entered in the schema).
