Hello Everyone,

With the United States 2010 Census in full swing, we thought it would be
a great time to show some example DDI 3.1. This DDI file documents the
data collection portion of the US 2010 census using:

* several of the Census languages (English, Albanian, Simplified
Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Swahili)
* Question texts, categories, codes, intent, instructions
* Instrument flow and skip patterns
* Study level information
