[DDI-users] Translation of a code scheme

Hi Bart,

All labels in DDI including the Label for Category are of type 
InternationalString and allow for multiple entries of the label in 
different languages. When creating your category scheme provide labels in 
multiple languages for each category. This allows you to reference the 
scheme and include all languages (the instrument would select the 
appropriate language). This works when the labels in the category scheme 
are language equivilents. In some cases, a different scheme is required 
for different languages because the options required to create 
understandable responses for a specific language or cultural group require 
more or less category options.
