Rob:
if you download the initial version of DeXtris 
(http://www.opendatafoundation.org/tools/dextris/), all the stylesheets 
are available in the xslt/ddi3 folder. As Wendy pointed out however 
these are for the initial version of DDI 3.0 and they do not work with 
the current CR2 or upcoming CR3 version. We do not have plan to update 
the tool until the final version of 3.0 is released.
Note that we will later this month open a new "DDI Tools" web site hat 
includes a pubic stylesheet library where such resources will be 
centralized. Will be you posted.
