Rob,
I would like to add some remarks.
The stylesheet which generated the basic output is available for
download in the same paragraph of this page ("basic display"). The link is:
http://www.ddialliance.org/cocoon/DDI3/rawxml/codebook-generic.xsl
The enhanced approach is a Cocoon pipeline of several stylesheets.
But as Wendy mentioned, the stylesheets expects a DDI file in a format
of an older version of DDI 3.0, I think the public review version. The
identification/referencing is in the current candidate draft version 2
somewhat different to the public version, so it would be some work to
adjust it to the current candidate draft version 2. Also the
identification/referencing will change again in the next candidate draft
version.
I assume these stylesheets will be adapted, when DDI 3.0 is published.
