[DDI-users] Dataset element in DDI 3

This is in reference to the DDI 3.0 Candidate Draft. The Dataset element
did appear as the last element in the sequence in the
PhysicalDataProduct element in the Public Review version of the schema.

I cannot find where the Dataset element appears in DDI 3

I see the import in physicaldataproduct.xsd 
<xs:import namespace="ddi:dataset:3_0_CR" schemaLocation="dataset.xsd"/>

but the element does not appear to be referenced anywhere in that schema
file or any of the other schema files.

Is its omission intentional?
