Matt I've made changes that cover most of the issues we've discussed in
the last couple weeks. However, we should still all review the changes
before updating the site. Tomorrow morning, after the Sourceforge
ViewCVS site has updated, See the following files for all the changes
I've made.

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/ddi-alliance/ddi/w3c/Version2-1.xsd?rev=1.5&view=log
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/ddi-alliance/ddi/w3c/Version2-0.xsd?rev=1.9&view=log

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/ddi-alliance/ddi/dtd/Version2-1.dtd?rev=1.4&view=log
