[DDI-users] Cross-reference and DDI

Dear Jeong Yeob Han

This is because the current version of DDI does not handle comparative
data files. There is a working group that is putting out a proposal to the
SRG for incorporating this type of comparison into DDI Version 3.0. It is
something that we have wanted in the DDI for some time.
