[DDI-users] Full Codebook Stylesheet

Hello all,

Can anyone out there provide me with a valid DDI XML files that contains 
any of the following elements:

/codeBook/fileDscr/locMap
/codeBook/dataDscr/nCubeGrp
/codeBook/dataDscr/nCube
/codeBook/dataDscr/var/catgryGrp
/codeBook/dataDscr/var/catgry/mrow
/codeBook/otherMat

I'm in the process of building a generic PDF stylesheet, but don't have any 
good examples of these elements. Any assistance you can provide is greatly 
appreciated.
