[DDI-users] Automatic generation of variable-level metadatafromSAS/SPSS files

I've had nice results from the SDA XCONVERT from SPSS files. They have
recently expanded the length of what can go in a variable label and when
it gets transfered to the <txt> tag. This value can be reset in the
command line if needed.
