<p>At least in the latest discussion on Wednesday we talked about
the version with Reference, when we agreed there should be a new
NativeControlledVocabularyEntry that uses the new NativeReference.
Everybody seemed to think Reference was supposed to be there...</p>

<p>I'm working with the latest xmi, DDI-CDI_2021-08-13.xmi, and
I noticed that ControlledVocabularyEntry has changed since the
last version.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>It used to be <o:p></o:p></p>
