[DDI-SRG] TC: update

I have updated the work plan chart accessible from the work plan page.
Basically I've added specific lines under the Lifecycle development work
which was a general statement of reviewing what development work should be
brought into Lifecycle. The estimated start dates on these basically
provides some priority for the topics we identified in our discussion today.
